METHODOLOGY
METHODOLOGY
Our initiatives range from student-led seminars to provider-focused training programs that address implicit bias, improve cultural competency, and promote inclusive curricula. By targeting both healthcare professionals and communities, we aim to increase health literacy and challenge systemic inequities at their roots.
We translate research into policy reform that addresses structural inequities in healthcare, including expanding data disaggregation, strengthening culturally competent care standards, and increasing accountability in clinical practice. By engaging with legislators and supporting evidence-based bills, we work to ensure that equity is built into real systems.
Our advocacy is rooted in collaboration. We partner with national and local organizations, host guest speakers, and lead joint campaigns and fundraisers, advancing ongoing efforts toward equitable healthcare.
We provide direct support to marginalized communities through fundraisers, donations, and resource-driven initiatives.
